It's all about LIES

We all tell lies once, twice or many times.  Most of the time, we used it as a trick to hide to truth, to avoid the consequences of our actions or responsibilities, or simply to gain something.  Because of cowardice and selfishness we choose to walk into the road of lies.  It’s the hardest part of every journey and it takes so much courage and strength to live and face the life of truth as it denotes sacrifices and suffering.  Like what I’ve read in a newspaper about a man who choose to die (commit a suicide) than to tell the truth, because telling the truth means putting his family in shame and justice because of what he has done.  We can’t runaway the truth because the lies we create will follow us.  Anyway, I felt sorry for him and for his family.

I wonder how many people live their life carrying a lies on their back.  I was imagining how hard their life would be, waking up each day wearing a mask.  I can’t really blame those people who resort on lying because there are some situations or people who make you lie even though you don’t want to.  But still for whatever reasons lying is not a good thing.  It will ruin and break a relationship, it burn trust and gives you sleepless night.  So try to be brave enough to face the truth in every circumstance.  I am wishing you a wonderful day.  Always take time to breath, smile and make a wish.

It’s been a long time that I wasn’t able to write a blog.  And I really missed it.  I was so busy with so many things that are quite important that I have to make some sort of sacrifices, including this one.  By the way, I would like to ask you something, are you happy with your life? Are you satisfied and contented with what you’re doing and with what you have so far?  Yesterday I talked to one of my old friend, she’s in her mid 40’s and still single.  I ask her on why she didn’t get married, she just smiled and said she’s not yet contented being single, and there are so many things she want to do and to achieve before she consider on settling down.  Is she happy? You might wonder, YES! That’s what she told me.  After talking to her, while walking on my way home, I did think about her situation because I don’t see few of my friends who think and live like her. I was thinking on what would it be like when she gets old? She seems to always want for more, searching and getting for more.  Well there’s nothing wrong with it, I think.  But there are things in life that are more important, like family and friends, than recognition and achievement. Knowing what to treasure in our life is very necessary in order to be happy and being happy will bring us contentment.  We won’t be looking far because we know we have what we want and what we need in this life.

I hope you’re still following my blog.  As I always give my best to able to keep on inspiring you with my photos and simple thoughts because that’s what I love and that’s what makes me happy.  I’m wishing you all a wonderful day.  Always remember to take a deep breath, smile and make a wish.

What if TOMORROW never comes?

If tomorrow never comes, will you be glad or sad? Will you be ready to leave the love you have and face God?   But if there’s tomorrow, what will you do today?  Will you still live like yesterday or live like it’s your last day?  Those were the questions that I love to ask to a friend. Why?  Because I’m curious about people’s want, desire in their life, and the choices they’re going to make when another day won’t come.  Aside from that those questions makes them realized their purpose and limitations.

Lots of people worried about so many things that haven’t yet to come (including myself, but not all the time) they forget to remember that their life and troubles will pass away on the right time.  While there are those other people, whose power live on their heads and think they will have it forever.  They believe they own everything, even their own life.  They fail to see, beyond their power lies death.

Worries and death won’t leave us.  It’s part of our life.  But there’s tomorrow, its God’s gift to us.  It’s a promise of a new beginning and a chance to start again with clearer and brighter outlook towards life, and with a bigger faith of yourself and God.  Enjoy today and be wrinkles free.

As the sun set, let’s try to open our heart and mind, forget troubles and cares, and remember there’s tomorrow waiting for us.  Take a deep breath, smile and make a wish.  Have a blessed day to everyone.

Where is SILENCE?

I was away for a couple of days and wasn’t able to do on blogging.  I went to other place to make some sort of arrangement.  On my way home, I was thinking about the best topic to write on my blog and silence comes to my mind.

I remember two of my roommate's who have this kind of contrast personality, one who is always quite every time she’s in a bad mood, she never speak when ask, and act like we don’t exist.  I did ask her why she did that to us and she told me, it’s the best way she can do to fight anger. She often asks for an apology.  That’s all that matters.  Anyway, the other one, seems to hate silence, she loves to talk and monopolizes conversations (can be irritating) listen to loud music, and always bring along with friends in our place.   And she said silence makes her sad and depressed.  Latter makes me think hard as she never told me behind those lines.  There must be something wrong on her past. What do you think?  Anyway, those two people look at silence on different way. It might be differ with you. It doesn’t matter.  It’s your life and it’s your choice.

I love quite moment.  I might be alone but never lonely because silence is my best company.  Through silence my spirit take a rest, my soul speak and God’s love reached into the core of my soul.  There can never be peace without silence. It goes hand in hand in giving our life hope, faith and love. As what Mother Theresa (living saint) said “We need to find God, and he cannot be found in noise and restlessness.  God is the friend of silence.  See how nature - trees, flowers, grass - grows in silence; see the stars, the moon and the sun, how they move in silence.... We need silence to be able to touch souls.”

I wish you will be inspired with my photos and simple thoughts. Just a reminder, always take a deep breath, make a wish and smile. Have a great day to all of you!

Can you make a SACRIFICE?

Heroes and saints have something in common they both sacrificed their life, for the truth and love of people and belief.  They’re just an ordinary people who leave and extraordinary example for us to follow.

I was reading an article yesterday about the life of Benigo “Ninoy” Aquino Jr.  I admire what he did for my country (Philippines), he sacrifices his life for the love of his people, (he was assassinated during martial law) He said “There comes a time in a man’s life when he must prefer a meaningful death to a meaningless life.”  How great a country would be if every citizen would have the same passion and love for its country and people!

I love reading. And one of my favorite books to read is the life of saints, because it brings me inspiration and gives me wisdom, aside from the Bible.  And one thing that I admire about those saints is the sacrifices they made.  They sacrifice their comfort; they chose to live on the streets and help the sick, their feelings; when hurt they remain quiet and always give consideration, and even their appetite; they forbid to eat the food they love. They live their whole life with humility, obedience, self denial and prayer.  Their love for Jesus Christ and their faith makes them able to become a saint.

Those kinds of people choose to take the road less travelled by many.  And I’m wondering if you will dare to choose either of the two, heroes and saints? That must be real tough decisions to make.  But one thing I know and believe, there’s always a heroes and saints live in your heart, you just need to know and listen and you will become one.

I hope you will have a great day! Enjoy my photos and be inspired with my simple thoughts.
