Live to Love

Life is about loving, not just our self but others as well, for No man is an island.  But sad to say, the world teaches us to live with equality, rights and freedom and sometimes we used that freedom to hurt other people. We used our right to fight one another, even if one is wrong.  We live with equality and forget humility. Television, magazine, internet gives us all the knowledge and access to everything we want and desire. When in fact what we truly need comes from our heart, its love, compassion, generosity, understanding, forgiveness and acceptance, those things comes from God.  Whatever your God, as long as it bears those fruits, as long as it brings unity and peace to mankind, then that’s the God that we all need.  As the song goes “what the world needs now, is love sweet love, it’s the only thing that the world so little of.”

I hope you will love and enjoy my thoughts and images. I wish you have a wonderful New Year in advance. May God Bless you and your family, and always remember to smile and be happy.

11 God's inspiring words.

I hope everyone is doing well. And thank you, for taking your precious time reading my blog it makes me glad knowing that you’re still interested with my passion. You know, I was on short vacation. On my way there, the boat that we ride onto almost caught on fire, during those moments of struggling to breathe I thought it was my time, but now I’m glad, wow! I am alive and still kicking.  So, now my blog will be dedicated to our almighty God for saving us and giving us again a chance to live and worship Him.

Anyway, I just wish you will be inspired with God’s word and wisdom. I pray that His words will guide and inspire you to live, love and enjoy life.  Always remember to take a deep breath, smile and be happy. God love you dearly.

Do you choose your friends?

When I was a kid, my mother always chooses whom I am going to be friends with. When I was in high school, she always invite my friends at home, she asked them about their parents, family, where they come from and everything. And that really frustrates me sometimes, because some of my friends complain like they feel being interrogated and she scared them.  So most of the time, I keep my new friends away from my mother, and I rarely talk to her about them. So then I learn to choose whom I am with, and mostly end up with the not so good one, although I learn so many things from them, like drinking, smoking, and partying.  Those times, I remember what my mother told me, it was taken from 1 Corinthians 15:33 Do not be deceived: “Bad company ruins good morals.”  Yes, she’s right, no matter how good I am, no matter how I believe myself to be strong enough to do right and avoid doing bad things but still end up doing them. But thanks to God he showed me the right path. Now is the time, I can say I know how to stand my belief from good and bad. Well, I guess because I am matured enough and I learn to live life to the fullest.

So now, my thoughts will be about friends and friendship. I hope you will have a great time. Always remember to smile and be happy. Just breathe…  May God Bless us always!

How to truly live our life?

There’s a saying that goes “Life is too short, wear your passion and live your dream,” and then there’s other one from Tuesdays with Morrie, says “once you learn how to die, you learn how to live.”  Those two inspiring thoughts tap me with doubting beliefs if we truly know how to live. Does wearing passion and living your dreams are enough to live a life without regrets?  Do you ever imagine yourself dying without regrets?  I myself, didn’t know how to actually live my life until one day, I almost hit by car while crossing the streets.  I thought I was going to die and that was very scary because I don’t ever think that death would smack me that very moment.  Then I realized how bad I live my life and I said God! That’s the first word that comes out to my mouth and my family was the first thing that comes to my mind. The feeling and experience of almost dying change my whole perspective in life. It made me into someone who’s more loving and compassionate to others and someone who believes in greater power up above.

I am not alone having those more likely the same kind of experience, for I know some of you probably come across with that kind of situations. And I heard someone who just passed away a month ago.  I actually didn’t know the person personally; it was a friend of mine who narrate me his life story.  It was about a successful guy, mid forties, who’s in peak of his life, got everything, wealth, fame and power.  He felt he was totally in control of the whole thing, until he was diagnose with stage four lung cancer. That moment then he said he learns how to live for he learn how to die. He interpret the true meaning of passion, the passion on loving and serving others, the passion on helping and understanding people’s feeling and most importantly the passion of being grateful to God and acknowledged His blessings and talent he gives to everyone of us for we owe everything to Him. It was a very sad story, yet inspiring for he learns the true meaning of passion.  Sometimes we learn the hard ways, but the good thing is we often end up learning to do what is good and what is right. Although there are those times when it’s too late for others to amend and too late to do what is best.  So this kind of story reminds us that Life is short, wear the passion of love and live our dream.
